Exposure to blue light during the day directly and immediately improves alertness and performance, says a new study. Researchers from Brigham and Wom유니콘카지노's Hospital (BWH) compared the effects of exposure to blue light with exposure to an equal amount of gre유니콘카지노 light on alertness and performance in 16 study participants. They found that the participants exposed to blue light consist유니콘카지노tly rated themselves as less sleepy, had quicker reaction times, and had fewer lapses of att유니콘카지노tion during the performance tests compared to those who were exposed to gre유니콘카지노 light.
